Job 37:11

“He gives rain on the earth And sends water on the fields outside,

“He wraps up the waters in His clouds, And the cloud does not break out under them.

When He set a limit for the rain And a course for the thunderbolt,

“For He draws up the drops of water, They distill rain for His stream,

“Can anyone discern the spreading of the clouds, The thundering of His pavilion?

“He covers His hands with the lightning, And commands it to strike the mark.

“Under the whole heaven He lets it loose, And His lightning to the ends of the earth.
