Job 36:29

“And He made darkness canopies around Him, A mass of waters, thick clouds of the skies.

“He gives rain on the earth And sends water on the fields outside,

“Behold, these are the fringes of His ways; And how only with a whisper of a word do we hear of Him! But His mighty thunder, who can understand?”

“For He draws up the drops of water, They distill rain for His stream,

“Also with moisture He loads the thick cloud; He scatters the cloud of His lightning.

It is He who inhabits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; It is He who stretches out the heavens like a curtain And spreads them out like a tent to inhabit.

When He gives forth His voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, And He causes the clouds to ascend from the end of the earth; He makes lightning for the rain, And brings out the wind from His storehouses.
