Isaiah 63:12

Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and Yahweh swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and made the sea into dry ground, so the waters were split.

And Jethro rejoiced over all the goodness which Yahweh had done to Israel, that He had delivered them from the hand of the Egyptians.

“You gave Your good Spirit to give them insight, Your manna You did not withhold from their mouth, And You gave them water for their thirst.

You led Your people like a flock By the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Thus He rebuked the Red Sea and it dried up, And He led them through the deeps, as through the wilderness.

Thus says Yahweh, Who makes a way through the sea And a path through the mighty waters,

Was it not You who dried up the sea, The waters of the great deep, Who made the depths of the sea a pathway For the redeemed to cross over?

“Instead of the thorn bush the cypress will come up, And instead of the nettle the myrtle will come up, And it will be to Yahweh for His renown, For an everlasting sign which will not be cut off.”

not like the covenant which I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, but I was a husband to them,” declares Yahweh.

who has set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, and even to this day both in Israel and among mankind; and You have made a name for Yourself, as at this day.

But by a prophet Yahweh brought Israel up from Egypt, And by a prophet he was kept.
