Psalm 42:2

A Psalm of David. When he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land without water.

My soul has longed and even fainted for the courts of Yahweh; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God.

They go from strength to strength, Each one of them appears before God in Zion.

My soul is crushed with longing For Your judgments at all times.

I stretch out my hands to You; My soul reaches for You like a weary land. Selah.

“Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters; And you who have no money come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk Without money and without cost.

“I will assemble those who grieve about the appointed feasts— They were from you, O Zion; The reproach of exile is a burden on them.

And Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

and they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.
