Leviticus 19:34

“You shall not mistreat a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.

“And you shall not oppress a sojourner, since you yourselves know the soul of a sojourner, for you also were sojourners in the land of Egypt.

“So it will be, if you go with us, that whatever good Yahweh does for us, we will do for you.”

“So show love for the sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.

“You shall not abhor an Edomite, for he is your brother; you shall not abhor an Egyptian, for you were a sojourner in his land.

Yahweh keeps the sojourners; He helps up the orphan and the widow, But He bends the way of the wicked.
