Joshua 11:23

‘Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall enter there; strengthen him, for he will cause Israel to inherit it.

“Now you will cross the Jordan and live in the land which Yahweh your God is giving you to inherit. And He will give you rest from all your enemies around you so that you live in security.

“So their sons entered and possessed the land. And You subdued before them the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites, And You gave them into their hand, with their kings and the peoples of the land, To do with them according to their desire.

He also drove out the nations before them And apportioned them for an inheritance by measurement, And made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.

He gave them also the lands of the nations, That they might take possession of the fruit of the peoples’ labor,

“This shall be his land for a possession in Israel; so My princes shall no longer mistreat My people, but they shall give the rest of the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.”
