Job 38:26

“He gives rain on the earth And sends water on the fields outside,

When He set a limit for the rain And a course for the thunderbolt,

“Whether for correction, or for His world, Or for lovingkindness, He causes it to happen.

The pastures of the wilderness drip, And the hills gird themselves with rejoicing.

The One who causes the clouds to ascend from the end of the earth; Who makes lightnings for the rain, Who brings forth the wind from His storehouses.

He is the One who covers the heavens with clouds, The One who provides rain for the earth, The One who makes grass to sprout on the mountains,
