Jeremiah 51:15

How numerous are Your works, O Yahweh! In wisdom You have made them all; The earth is full of Your possessions.

To Him who made the heavens with skill, For His lovingkindness endures forever;

O daughter of Babylon, you devastated one, How blessed will be the one who repays you With the recompense with which you have recompensed us.

The oracle concerning Babylon which Isaiah the son of Amoz beheld.

It is He who made the earth by His power, Who established the world by His wisdom; And by His understanding He has stretched out the heavens.
