Zephaniah 3:17

Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.

“Comfort, O comfort My people,” says your God.

It will no longer be said to you, “Forsaken,” Nor to your land will it any longer be said, “Desolate”; But you will be called, “My delight is in her,” And your land, “Married”; For Yahweh takes pleasure in you, And to Him your land will be married.

Who is this who comes from Edom, With garments of glowing colors from Bozrah, This One who is majestic in His clothing, Marching in the greatness of His power? “It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

I will heal their turning away from Me; I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from them.

Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, For Yahweh has done great things.

Yahweh is righteous in her midst; He will do no injustice. Every morning He brings His justice to light; He does not fail. But the unjust knows no shame.
