Zechariah 1:15

For they have persecuted him whom You Yourself have struck down, And they recount the pain of those whom You have wounded.

“Moab has been at ease since his youth; He has also had quiet, like wine on its dregs, And he has not been emptied from vessel to vessel, Nor has he gone into exile. Therefore he retains his flavor, And his aroma has not changed.

“Yahweh was very wrathful against your fathers.

Then He cried out to me and spoke to me saying, “See, those who are going to the land of the north have caused My Spirit to have rest in the land of the north.”
