Psalm 82:1

‘And I will go through the land of Egypt on that night and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments—I am Yahweh.

“Can anyone teach God knowledge, In that He judges those on high?

I said, “You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High.

For who in the sky is comparable to Yahweh? Who among the sons of the mighty is like Yahweh,

Open your mouth for the mute, For the justice of all those passing away.

And I said, “Hear now, heads of Jacob And rulers of the house of Israel. Is it not for you to know justice?
