Psalm 50:21

You have set our iniquities before You, Our secret sins in the light of Your presence.

“I have kept silent for a long time; I have kept still and restrained Myself. Now like a woman in labor I will groan; I will both gasp and pant.

“Of whom were you anxious and fearful When you lied and did not remember Me, Nor even put Me upon your heart? Was I not silent even for a long time So you do not fear Me?

“Behold, it is written before Me: I will not keep silent, but I will repay; I will even repay into their bosom,

Your eyes are too pure to see evil, And You cannot look on trouble. Why do You look On those who deal treacherously? Why are You silent when the wicked swallow up Those more righteous than they?
