Psalm 48:3

Yahweh of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our stronghold. Selah.

For the choir director. With stringed instruments. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song. God is known in Judah; His name is great in Israel.

“May peace be within your walls, And tranquility within your palaces.”

“Thus says Yahweh, ‘Behold, I will return the fortunes of the tents of Jacob And have compassion on his dwelling places; And the city will be rebuilt on its ruin, And the palace will sit on its just place.

“Because you have said, ‘These two nations and these two lands will be mine, and we will possess them,’ although Yahweh was there,

“And as for you, tower of the flock, Hill of the daughter of Zion, To you it will come— Even the former dominion will come, The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
