Psalm 46:2

Then, indeed, you could lift up your face without moral defect, And you would be steadfast and not fear.

Therefore, let every holy one pray to You at a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.

Then it will be that he who flees the sound of panic will fall into the pit, And he who climbs out of the pit will be caught in the pitfall; For the windows above are opened, and the foundations of the earth quake.

Yet I will exult in Yahweh; I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.
