Psalm 3:4

For the choir director. With stringed instruments. A Psalm of David. Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have relieved me in my distress; Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.

Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, For Yahweh has heard the sound of my weeping.

In my distress I called upon Yahweh, And cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, And my cry for help before Him came into His ears.

May He send you help from the sanctuary And uphold you from Zion!

Oh send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; Let them bring me to Your holy mountain And to Your dwelling places.
