Psalm 28:8

Salvation belongs to Yahweh; Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah.

He gives great salvation to His king, And shows lovingkindness to His anointed, To David and his seed forever.

Now I know that Yahweh saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving might of His right hand.

Of David. Yahweh is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strong defense of my life; Whom shall I dread?

Yahweh will give strength to His people; Yahweh will bless His people with peace.

For You are the beauty of their strength, And by Your favor our horn is exalted.

“O Yahweh, O Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.

You went forth for the salvation of Your people, For salvation with Your anointed. You crushed the head of the house of the wicked To lay him bare from thigh to neck. Selah.
