Psalm 145:18

“For what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as is Yahweh our God whenever we call on Him?

Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted And saves those who are crushed in spirit.

For the choir director. Of the sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble.

For the choir director. Al-tashheth. A Psalm of Asaph. A Song. We give thanks to You, O God, we give thanks, For Your name is near; Men recount Your wondrous deeds.

Near are You, O Yahweh, And all Your commandments are truth.

Yahweh is far from the wicked, But He hears the prayer of the righteous.

You drew near when I called on You; You said, “Do not fear!”

Now while I was speaking and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before Yahweh my God in behalf of the holy mountain of my God,
