Psalm 104:3

“There is none like the God of Jeshurun, Who rides the heavens to your help, And through the skies in His majesty.

“He rode on a cherub and flew; And He appeared upon the wings of the wind.

He rode upon a cherub and flew; And He sped upon the wings of the wind.

For He has founded it upon the seas And established it upon the rivers.

To Him who rides upon the highest heavens, which are from ancient times; Behold, He gives forth His voice, a voice that is strong.

They stand this day according to Your judgments, For all things are Your slaves.

The oracle concerning Egypt. Behold, Yahweh is riding on a swift cloud and is about to come to Egypt; The idols of Egypt will shake at His presence, And the heart of the Egyptians will melt within them.

The One who builds His upper chambers in the heavens And has founded His vaulted dome over the earth; The One who calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth; Yahweh is His name.

Yahweh is slow to anger and great in power, And Yahweh will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. In whirlwind and storm is His way, And clouds are the dust beneath His feet.
