Nehemiah 9:1

Now a man of Benjamin ran from the battle line and came to Shiloh the same day with his robes torn and dust on his head.

And they gathered to Mizpah and drew water and poured it out before Yahweh and fasted on that day and said there, “We have sinned against Yahweh.” And Samuel judged the sons of Israel at Mizpah.

Then they lifted up their eyes at a distance and did not recognize him, and they lifted up their voices and wept. And each of them tore his robe, and they threw dust over their heads toward the sky.

“And I will give authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.”
