Nehemiah 11:18

Now the first who lived in their possessions in their cities were Israel, the priests, the Levites, and the temple servants.

Of the Levites were Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

And the officials of the people lived in Jerusalem, but the rest of the people cast lots to bring one out of ten to live in Jerusalem, the holy city, while nine-tenths remained in the other cities.

Then the devil *took Him into the holy city and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple,
