Luke 9:48

“He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.

Now when John in prison heard of the works of Christ, he sent word by his disciples

“The one who listens to you listens to Me, and the one who rejects you rejects Me. And he who rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me.”

“But not so with you; rather the one who is the greatest among you must become like the youngest, and the leader like the servant.

And He said to them, “When I sent you out without money belt and bag and sandals, did you lack anything?” They said, “Not a thing.”

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who receives anyone I send receives Me; and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me.”

For we did not make known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, following cleverly devised myths, but being eyewitnesses of His majesty.
