Luke 1:3

To make you know the veracity of the words of truth That you may respond with the words of truth to him who sent you?

The first account, O Theophilus, I composed, about all that Jesus began to do and teach,

But Peter began speaking and proceeded to explain to them in orderly sequence, saying,

“Claudius Lysias, to the most excellent governor Felix, greetings.

In pointing out these things to the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, being nourished on the words of the faith and of the sound doctrine which you have been following.
