Luke 1:13

Then the angel of Yahweh appeared to the woman and said to her, “Behold now, you are barren and have borne no children, but you shall be with child and give birth to a son.

But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.”

And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.

But his mother answered and said, “No, but he shall be called John.”

And he asked for a tablet and wrote as follows, “His name is John.” And they all marveled.
