John 9:3

And Jesus answered and said to them, “Do you think that these Galileans were greater sinners than all other Galileans because they suffered these things?

But when Jesus heard this, He said, “This sickness is not to end in death, but is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified by it.”

By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.

And we have come to know and have believed the love which God has in us. God is love, and the one who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
