John 12:26

“He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in his distress; I will rescue him and honor him.

“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

“Father, I desire that they also, whom You have given Me, be with Me where I am, so that they may see My glory which You have given Me, for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

we are of good courage and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord.

But I am hard-pressed between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, for that is very much better,

Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord.
