Job 9:4

“If it is a matter of power, behold, He is the mighty one! And if it is a matter of justice, who can make Him testify?

And tell you the secrets of wisdom! For sound wisdom has two sides. Know then that God forgets a part of your iniquity.

“With Him are wisdom and might; To Him belong counsel and discernment.

“Would He contend with me by the greatness of His power? No, surely He would pay attention to me.

“But He drags off the mighty by His power; He rises, but no one believes in his life.

“Rule and dread belong to Him Who makes peace in His heights.

“God understands its way, And He knows its place.

“The Almighty—we cannot find Him; He is exalted in power And He will not afflict justice and abundant righteousness.

“Who has given wisdom in the innermost being Or given understanding to the mind?

“I set a snare for you, and you were also caught, O Babylon, But you yourself did not know; You have been found and also seized Because you have engaged in conflict with Yahweh.”
