James 1:11

For they will wither quickly like the grass And fade like the green herb.

“Surely every man walks about as a shadow; Surely they make an uproar in vain; He piles up riches and does not know who will gather them.

In the morning it blossoms and sprouts anew; Toward evening it withers away and dries up.

As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flowers.

The grass withers, the flower fades, When the breath of Yahweh blows upon it; Surely the people are grass.

“But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!

saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.’
