Isaiah 63:15

‘Look down from Your holy habitation, from heaven, and bless Your people Israel and the ground which You have given to us, a land flowing with milk and honey, as You swore to our fathers.’

O God of hosts, return now, we beseech You; Look down from heaven and see, and visit this vine,

Therefore my inner being moans like a harp for Moab And my inward feelings for Kir-hareseth.

Will You restrain Yourself at these things, O Yahweh? Will You keep silent and afflict us beyond measure?

“Is Ephraim My dear son? Is he a delightful child? Indeed, as often as I have spoken against him, I certainly still remember him; Therefore My inmost being yearns for him; I will surely have compassion on him,” declares Yahweh.

Until Yahweh looks down And sees from heaven.

Then Yahweh will be zealous for His land And will spare His people.
