Isaiah 40:4

Against all the high mountains, Against all the hills that are lifted up,

“I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, In paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them And rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, And I will not forsake them.”

“I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars.

“I will set all My mountains as a road, And My highways will be raised up.

‘What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”’”

‘Every ravine will be filled, And every mountain and hill will be brought low; The crooked will be straight, And the rough roads smooth.
