Isaiah 27:10

And it will be in that day, that a man may keep alive a heifer and a pair of sheep;

For You have made a city into a heap, A fortified town into a ruin; A palace of strangers is a city no more, It will never be rebuilt.

For the land of my people in which thorns and briars shall come up, Indeed, against all the joyful houses and the exultant city.

And it will hail when the forest comes down, And the city will be utterly laid low.

The wilderness and the desert will be delighted, And the Arabah will rejoice and flourish; Like the crocus

“Then you will say in your heart, ‘Who has borne these for me? Indeed, I have been bereaved of my children And am barren, an exile and a wanderer. And who has reared these? Behold, I remained alone; From where did these come?’”

And the peaceful pastures are made silent Because of the burning anger of Yahweh.

Then the king of Babylon struck them down and put them to death at Riblah in the land of Hamath. So Judah went into exile from its land.
