Ezekiel 40:6

As for the gate of the outer court which faced the north, he measured its length and its width.

Its windows and its porches and its palm tree ornaments had the same measurements as the gate which faced toward the east; and it was reached by seven steps, and its porch was in front of them.

Then he led me toward the south, and behold, there was a gate toward the south; and he measured its side pillars and its porches according to those same measurements.

There were seven steps going up to it, and its porches were in front of them; and it had palm tree ornaments on its side pillars, one on each side.

The thresholds, the latticed windows, and the galleries round about their three stories, opposite the threshold, were paneled with wood all around, and from the ground to the windows (but the windows were covered),

Then he had finished measuring the inner house; he brought me out by the way of the gate which faced toward the east and measured it all around.

Then he led me to the gate, the gate facing toward the east;

“The ledge shall be fourteen cubits long by fourteen wide in its four sides; the border around it shall be half a cubit, and its base shall be a cubit round about; and its steps shall face the east.”

Then He brought me back by the way of the outer gate of the sanctuary, which faces the east; and it was shut.

Then a measuring rod like a staff was given to me, saying, “Get up and measure the sanctuary of God and the altar, and those who worship in it.
