Exodus 22:1

“And he must make restitution for the lamb fourfold, because he did this thing and had no compassion.”

“I gave them My statutes and made them know My judgments, which, if a man does them, he will live by them.

if a wicked man restores a pledge, pays back what he has taken by robbery, walks by the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die.

But Zaccheus stopped and said to the Lord, “Behold, half of my possessions, Lord, I will give to the poor, and if I have extorted anyone of anything, I will give back four times as much.”
