Ephesians 1:6

to the end that we who first have hoped in Christ would be to the praise of His glory.

who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, unto the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory.

Who rescued us from the authority of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of the Son of His love,

But we should always give thanks to God for you, brothers beloved by the Lord, because God has chosen you as the first fruits for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and faith in the truth.
