Acts 7:51

And Yahweh said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and behold, they are a stiff-necked people.

I also was walking in hostility against them, to bring them into the land of their enemies—or if their uncircumcised heart becomes humbled so that they then make up for their iniquity,

However, they did not listen, but stiffened their neck like their fathers, who did not believe in Yahweh their God.

“Because I know that you are stiff, And your neck is an iron sinew And your forehead bronze,

But they rebelled And grieved His Holy Spirit; Therefore He turned Himself to become their enemy; He fought against them.

To whom shall I speak and give warning That they may hear? Behold, their ears are uncircumcised, And they cannot give heed. Behold, the word of Yahweh has become a reproach to them; They have no delight in it.

“So you bear witness against yourselves, that you are sons of those who murdered the prophets.

“The God of this people Israel chose our fathers and lifted up the people during their stay in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm He led them out from it.
