Acts 26:24

“Yahweh has given you to be a priest instead of Jehoiada the priest, to be the overseer in the house of Yahweh over every madman who prophesies, to put him in the stocks and in the iron collar,

And when His own people heard this, they went out to take custody of Him; for they were saying, “He has lost His senses.”

The Jews then were marveling, saying, “How has this man become learned, not having been educated?”

“But this I confess to you, that according to the Way, which they call a sect, I do serve the God of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with the Law and that is written in the Prophets;

But after two years had passed, Felix was succeeded by Porcius Festus, and wishing to do the Jews a favor, Felix left Paul imprisoned.

We are fools for the sake of Christ, but you are prudent in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are glorious, but we are without honor!

that by revelation there was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief.
