Acts 16:25

“But no one says, ‘Where is God my Maker, Who gives songs of praise in the night,

I remember in the night Your name, O Yahweh, So I keep Your law.

Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men from among them—Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, leading men among the brothers—to send to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas,

But when her masters saw that their hope of profit had left, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace before the authorities,

And he took them that very hour of the night and washed their wounds, and immediately he was baptized, he and all his household.

speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord;

because of your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now.

having the same struggle which you saw in me, and now hear to be in me.
