2 Kings 23:34

Then the people of the land took Joahaz the son of Josiah, and made him king in place of his father in Jerusalem.

And it came in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah, king of Judah, until the exile of Jerusalem in the fifth month.

For thus says Yahweh in regard to Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who became king in the place of Josiah his father, who went forth from this place, “He will never return there;

but in the place where they took him away into exile, there he will die and not see this land again.

The word which came to Jeremiah from Yahweh in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, saying,

To Egypt, concerning the military force of Pharaoh Neco king of Egypt, which was by the Euphrates River at Carchemish, which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon struck down in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:

“As for you, take up a lamentation for the princes of Israel

‘Then nations heard about him; He was captured in their pit, And they brought him with hooks To the land of Egypt.
