2 Chronicles 32:23

‘And the surviving remnant of the house of Judah will again take root downward and bear fruit upward.

Because of Your temple at Jerusalem Kings will bring gifts to You.

Make vows to Yahweh your God and pay them; Let all who are around Him bring gifts to the Fearsome One.
