1 Samuel 18:7

But the servants of Achish said to him, “Is this not David the king of the land? Did they not sing of this one as they danced, saying, ‘Saul has struck his thousands, And David his ten thousands’?”

“Is this not David, of whom they sing in the dances, saying, ‘Saul has struck his thousands, And David his ten thousands’?”

Now David and all the house of Israel were celebrating before Yahweh with all kinds of instruments made of fir wood, and with lyres, harps, tambourines, castanets, and cymbals.
